July 15th SWFFL we hosted  a cookery day at Wimbleball lake  with celeberaty chef Ryan Riley from Life Kitchen.  He demonstrated recipes for people who have had cancer treatments and struggle with enjoying food again. It was a very enjoyable day and evryone learnt something about taste!

The Cornwall/Siblyback groups lead coach has had to retire due to his health.We ar hoping to find a replacement.

 

 

We are always looking for Level 2 coaches to help with the growing groups and volunteers to make cups of tea and chat with people. Cornwall group

 

We are sorry to say that Derek Aunger the Lead coach of the Siblyback group has retired due to ill health. We wish him a speedy recovery and hope he will enjoy taking things a bit easier now.We are hoping to find a Level 2 coach to replace him soon.

The Sibyback group is now back at the lake and the group will meet in the new lecture room.

The group started in April 2nd 2011. They meet  the 3rd Sunday of the month from 11am stopping for refreshments at  1pm then continuing fishing afterwards if members want to.
